PVC tarpaulin rolls production processes:
Knife coated tarpaulin: The liquid PVC is spoiled onto the woven polyester fabric, then go through the knife to make the PVC material smoothly permeate into the polyester fabric. The knife coating makes the tarpaulin with better peeling strength. Outdoor durance 5 years. The Acrylic coating can make the tarpaulin more comfortable to be printed with solvent/eco-solvent print. We also make PVDF coating to make the tarpaulin longer outdoor lifetime as long as 15 years.
Hotmelt coating tarpaulin: The main production process is to make PVC film and woven polyester first. In the hot-melting process, the PVC film partly melted and laminated to the glued polyester fabric. In this way, the peeling strength is close to the knife coated tarpaulin, and with better tightness. The tarpaulin more popular to make inflatable products.
Hot laminated tarpaulin material: It’s made up of 2 layers of PVC film, laminated with knitted polyester fabric, which is an economical type of PVC tarp material.
