A complete bill of materials identifies every supplied component against an approved model and drawing. Use the schedule below to agree inclusions, quantities and the responsibility for each interface.

“Complete kit” needs a defined boundary. Civil works, foundations, electrical services, HVAC, installation labor and permits need an explicit inclusion or exclusion.
Confirm the assembled system. Fabric strength or flame performance alone does not establish the wind resistance, snow capacity or compliance of a tent.
03 / Agree the supply model
Tell your tent supplier exactly what you expect to receive. Request an itemized response covering the physical products, documentation and services.
Submit the required tent type, footprint, use and destination. Ask for the proposed model, structure source, cover specification, included fittings and a complete packing schedule.
Confirm: model availability, frame responsibility, accessory list and assembly documents.For an existing structure, provide the frame drawing, actual connection details and panel dimensions. For local fabrication, specify the required roll material and processing requirements.
Confirm: material grade, finished-cover scope, pattern ownership and compatibility.For OEM tents or wholesale tents, define the model mix, artwork, repeat-order references, packaging and spare-part plan. Separate development work from recurring supply.

Use a fit check, an agreed BOM and relevant evidence to move from a general product description to an order that can be checked at delivery.

Request reports that identify the exact proposed product and test method. Agree who provides structural calculations, anchoring review and local approvals for the selected site.

Start with the tent category and scope. Add the site conditions, dimensions and drawings so the response can identify a suitable model and the remaining approval steps.
Price, MOQ, sample timing, production lead time and freight depend on the confirmed specification and order mix. Request these as separate lines in the quotation.

A complete tent package should identify the supporting structure or air-beam system, roof and wall panels, compatible connectors and tensioning parts, the agreed anchoring hardware, packing and assembly documents. Flooring, electrical equipment, HVAC, foundations and site installation must be listed separately. Final quantities and inclusions belong in the model-specific bill of materials.
State the required supply mode at the start of your inquiry. DERFLEX publishes tent-fabric and custom material capabilities. Complete-kit availability, frame sourcing, cover fabrication and accessory supply require confirmation for the selected model. A fabric quotation alone does not define a complete tent package.
Compare the same footprint, clear height, structure specification, roof and wall construction, anchoring basis and included accessories. Request a dated drawing, itemized BOM, packing list and exclusions. Confirm whether engineering documents, freight, taxes and installation are included before comparing totals.
Submit artwork, color references, print areas, model quantities and packaging requirements. Ask DERFLEX to confirm the compatible fabric and printing route, sample approval process and repeat-order identification. OEM scope, minimum order quantity and production schedule are confirmed after the specification review.
No. A fabric test report describes the tested material and method. It does not establish structural wind or snow performance, anchoring adequacy, fire approval for the entire installation or local permit compliance. Request documents for the exact material and structure proposed for your site.
