View frontlit banner material →Source frontlit, backlit, blockout, coated vinyl and PVC mesh banner rolls for billboards, sign shops, events, retail graphics, building wraps and advertising-material distribution. DERFLEX helps B2B buyers match the material to the printer, display environment and target market instead of choosing by GSM alone.
Flex banner material is a printable flexible advertising substrate, usually made with a polyester reinforcement and PVC layers or coating. It is supplied in rolls for large-format printing and is used for billboards, storefront banners, events, retail signs, lightboxes and outdoor graphics.
The main product families are frontlit, backlit, blockout and mesh. Solid PVC banner grades are selected for print density and weather exposure; mesh is selected where airflow is important.
A distributor or print shop usually needs more than one banner grade. Lighting, wind, print direction, service environment and target price determine the right structure.

The lowest GSM or lowest unit price is not automatically the lowest project cost. Matching the substrate to the real print-and-install workflow is more important.
Front viewing uses frontlit. Rear illumination needs backlit. Double-sided visibility usually points toward blockout.
Large solid sheets can create high wind load. For exposed facades, fences and scaffolding, evaluate mesh instead of solid vinyl.
Send the printer model, ink type and target image quality. The printable surface should be matched before bulk ordering.
Welding, hemming, eyelets, pole pockets and panel joining influence the required substrate strength and fabrication behavior.
