How PVC Tarpaulin Is Knife Coated

Knife coating turns a woven polyester reinforcement into a PVC-coated technical textile by metering a viscous PVC plastisol directly onto the fabric, thermally gelling and fusing the layer, then cooling, finishing and inspecting the roll.

Start with the required finished performance
